1.1 These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer," "you," or "your") and Wild Assets LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of Wyoming, with its principal place of business at 920 Union St., Brooklyn, NY, 11215, USA ("Wild Assets," "we," "us," or "our").
1.2 By accessing or using our services, including our website, platform, or any other features, technologies, or functionalities offered by Wild Assets (collectively, the "Services"), or by executing any order form, purchase agreement, or other document referencing these Terms, you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety to the exclusion of all other terms.
1.3 Wild Assets provides services related to the sourcing, structuring, and transfer of carbon dioxide removal credits, carbon offsets, and similar environmental assets (collectively, "Carbon Credits"). We may act as an intermediary, originating and structuring contracts related to Carbon Credits and facilitating transactions between suppliers of Carbon Credits and customers seeking to purchase such credits.
2.1 Services Overview Wild Assets sources Carbon Credits from various projects and suppliers and facilitates their sale to customers. Our Services may include, but are not limited to:
2.2 Nature of Relationship You acknowledge and agree that Wild Assets acts solely as an intermediary and facilitator between suppliers and customers. We are not the creator, verifier, certifier, or registrar of any Carbon Credits. Wild Assets does not independently verify, audit, or certify the Carbon Credits or the underlying projects that generate such credits. We rely on third-party standards, registries, and verification bodies to establish the validity, integrity, and quality of the Carbon Credits.
2.3 No Guarantees Wild Assets makes no guarantees, warranties, or representations regarding the environmental impact, carbon removal effectiveness, permanence, or other qualities of any Carbon Credits. The actual climate impact of any Carbon Credit depends on numerous factors outside of Wild Assets' control, including the implementation and management of the underlying projects, the accuracy of measurement methodologies, the integrity of verification processes, and other factors. You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for evaluating the suitability of any Carbon Credits for your specific purposes or claims.
2.4 Service Modifications Wild Assets reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time without prior notice. We may also impose limits on certain features or restrict your access to parts or all of the Services without liability.
3.1 Order Forms You may purchase Carbon Credits by executing an order form, purchase agreement, or other similar document (each, an "Order Form") that references these Terms. Each Order Form will specify the type and quantity of Carbon Credits to be purchased, the purchase price, payment terms, and any other relevant details. Each Order Form constitutes a binding contract between you and Wild Assets upon execution.
3.2 Availability All Carbon Credits offered through our Services are subject to availability. Wild Assets reserves the right to cancel or modify any order if the requested Carbon Credits become unavailable. In such cases, Wild Assets will notify you and provide you with the option to select alternative Carbon Credits or receive a refund of any amounts paid for the unavailable Credits.
3.3 Pricing and Payment The pricing for Carbon Credits will be as specified in the applicable Order Form. Unless otherwise specified in an Order Form, payment for Carbon Credits is due within fifteen (15) days from invoice issuance. All payments must be made in US Dollars, unless otherwise specified. You agree to pay all applicable taxes, fees, and other charges associated with your purchase of Carbon Credits.
